At the beginning of 2010, Mina Sari Sedana one of the biggest milkfish fry exporter, decided to change their name to Sumber Bahagia, and also to employ a new logo for the business.
Mina Sari Sedana was established and developed by Mr. I Nengah Reca. The company was founded in 1995 and was first active in the trading of fish by-products, especially tuna. These by-products were bought from fish processing plants and sold on to other companies to produce fish meal.
Then in the same year, Mina Sari Sedana began shipping lobster, both live and frozen, with the main destinations being Hong Kong and Taiwan. These lobsters are sourced from various areas of Indonesia, such as Java, Sulawesi and Nusa Tenggara.
In 2003, Mina Sari Sedana received a prestigious award called the Primaniyarta, which is an award for exporters of non-oil and gas products. The award was presented to Mina Sari Sedana by then-President Megawati Soekarno Putri, at the National Palace in Jakarta. |
